Returns :

We do not accept returns for a change of mind or preference. We stand by the quality of our products and offer returns only in the event that you receive a damaged product.

Exchanges for Damaged Products :

If you receive a damaged product, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. In such cases, we will gladly exchange the damaged item for a new one, provided that you adhere to the following guidelines:

- Notify Us Within 24 Hours : Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to report any damage. You can reach us at +91 9594406907 (whatsapp only) or email us at neshajewels@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item.

- Return Authorization: Once we have reviewed your case and confirmed the damage, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if applicable.

- Inspection and Replacement: Upon receiving the damaged item, our quality control team will inspect it. If the damage is confirmed to be as described, we will replace the item with a new one, and we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you. 

 

Non-Eligibility for Exchanges :

- Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns for the following reasons:

- Normal Wear and Tear: Jewelry is delicate by nature and may exhibit signs of normal wear and tear over time, such as minor scratches or fading of finishes.

- Mishandling or Misuse: Any damage resulting from mishandling, misuse, improper care, or accidental breakage is not eligible for exchange.

- Customized Items: Custom-made or personalized jewelry items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are received in a damaged condition.

- Any free products provided or any products purchased during the sale.

Refunds :

We do not offer refunds unless we are unable to provide a replacement for a damaged item. In such cases, a refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
