1. What is the primary material used for your jewellery?

  • Our jewellery is primarily made from 18k gold plated stainless steel or premium alloy. This high-quality material offers durability, resistance to tarnish, and a beautiful gold finish. We also offer rose gold plated, sterling silver plated stainless steel jewellery.

2. Do you offer international shipping?

  • Currently, we ship our products exclusively within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. When will I receive my order?

  • Your order will be processed within 1-2 days of receiving it. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days depending upon your location.

4. Can I return or exchange a product if I change my mind or if it doesn't meet my expectations?

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or if the product doesn't meet your expectations. Please make sure to carefully review the product details, including size and specifications, before making a purchase.

5. What is your return/exchange policy?

  • We only offer exchanges if the product arrives damaged or defective. Please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product for assistance. Further check out our Exchange & Return Policy here.

6. How can I initiate a return for a damaged product?

7. Are there any exceptions to your return policy?

  • Our return policy is strictly limited to products that arrive damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for any other reason.

8. How long does it take to process a return for a damaged product?

  • We aim to process returns for damaged products as quickly as possible. The processing time may vary but generally takes 1-2 days after we receive the damaged item.

9. Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?

  • Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they have been placed. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing the purchase.​

10. I made a purchase during the sale. Can I return my order?

  • All purchases made during sale are final and therefore ineligible for return/exchanges.

11. Can I exchange a product for a different size or design?

  • We do not offer exchanges for size or design preferences. Please ensure you select the correct size and design before placing your order.
